Wheel Repairs

Curb rash or curb damage is a very common occurrence, on even the most expensive cars and aftermarket wheels.

Our alloy wheel repair service, simply put, is among the best in the industry. There are only a handful of us that care enough about wheels, to repair them properly.

​Our wheel face repair service involves debeading the tire, allowing the new paint to overlap the point where the tire contacts the rim. Followed by machining, filing and sanding the curb rash out. We do not use polyester fillers in any of our wheel repairs. If there are deep gouges or cracks we fill them with aluminium by means of TIG welding.

​Once the damage has been removed or repaired and the whole wheel face is sanded, the surface gets sealed and primed. When the wheels are successfully sealed and passed imperfection inspection, we proceed to apply 2 top coats followed by 2 clear coats.

After the wheels have been painted, they get inflated and rebalanced. Ready for you to enjoy your vehicle again.
